ATM Cleaning and Refresh Program
Many times an ATM is the first impression a potential account holder has of your bank or financial institution. Will your ATM enhance your brand or will customers walk away in disappointment?
With time and regular usage, ATMs can become dirty or damaged. Also, signage or notices become worn or damaged by weather conditions and frequent usage. Our Cleaning and Refresh Program ensures an attractive, clean and pleasant setting for customers to conduct their ATM banking and enhance their ATM experience.
A thorough cleaning of your ATM and surround can be performed to promote your institution's image. All work is performed in a professional manner, being sensitive to your ATM users and site personnel.
There are two (2) levels of service offered for your consideration:
1: Standard ATM Cleaning
The standard cleaning includes the wiping down and cleaning of:
· ATM Facia and Bezel
· Surround
· Keyboard
· Function keys
· Card Reader (exterior)
· Open/closed Indicator
· Envelope Holder
· Network Logo Panel
· Signage
· Camera Window
· Light Panels
· Monitor
2: Detailed ATM Cleaning
The detailed cleaning includes all the services in the standard cleaning as noted above. Stainless steel surfaces will be cleaned and polished. All plastic, vinyl and rubber surfaces will have a protectant applied which conditions the product and protects it from moisture, oxidation and UV rays. It also makes the surface anti-static which repels dust and dirt.
If requested, we will also clean the magnetic heads on the interior of the card reader.
Graffiti removal and vandalism repair can be responded to immediately and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. ATM facia and surround patching and painting can be provided.
Cleaning intervals can be either of the following:
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, once yearly or
- Preceeding busy times of the year. XMAS, School Holidays.
